This paper reports an analysis of the software (SW) safety testing techniques, as well models and methods for identifying vulnerabilities. An issue has been revealed related to reasoned selection modeling approaches at different stages process identification its vulnerabilities, which reduces accuracy results obtained. Two steps in vulnerabilities have identified. A mathematical model built preparing security testing, differs from known ones by a theoretically sound choice moment-generating functions when describing transitions state state.
